Exchange Policy

Items Eligible for Exchange:

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase (ONLINE ONLY)
  • IN Store Purchase - 7 Days from day of Purchase.
  • In original condition
  • Unused/Unworn
  • Free of fragrance, smoke or odor
Items non-eligible for exchange:
  • Online purchase Items that have been in customer's possession for longer than the 14 day window for exchange
  • Items that have been in customer's possession for longer than the 7 day window for exchange when purchased in store
  • Items not in original condition, worn, used or containing odor or stains
  • Items with original tag removed.
  • Items purchased on discount/sale/clearance
  • Any item that was Exchanged previously
  • Special Occasion Formals
  • Jewelry
  • LV Vintage Upscale Items
  • Victoria Lynn jewelry 
  • Bralettes
  • VIBE CLOTHING COMPANY is not responsible for any damage that occurred while opening the package, including, but not limited to, scissor or knife cuts or pulling off the tag or label on the garment.

FACEBOOK PURCHASES: The following applies ONLY to purchases made through Facebook:  items purchased from the Facebook store are eligible for return under these same terms for 30 days from date of purchase in order to comply with facebook return policies. However you are still responsible for return shipping, shipping is not refundable and the item must otherwise meet the same conditions as posted herein. To qualify the purchase must be a verifiable purchase made from the Facebook store.

Possible Charges for Exchange:
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges returning item to Vibe CC and shipping charges to receive the replacement item. (Please keep tracking information for your own personal records. Vibe CC is not responsible for lost or delayed items while being returned for exchange).
  • Customers are responsible to pay difference in item cost


How do I exchange?

    1. Email with a detailed description of the reason for the return including the original order number and a list of the item/s you're requesting to exchange.
    2. Upon which, you'll receive an email either authorizing or denying your exchange request. 
    3. If authorized, repackage all the items you would like to exchange along with a print out of your receipt. Include $5 for return-to-you shipping plus difference (if any) in the exchange item.

5. You're responsible for purchasing a tracking number and relaying this tracking number to our exchange department at When emailing the tracking number make sure to include your name and the order number as well. If you do not track the exchanged items you are solely responsible for its arrival. If YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER and we fail to receive the items in the appropriate time frame THE EXCHANGE IS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION at Vibes discretion. 
6. Once Vibe Clothing Company has received the exchanged products you will receive an email being informed of its arrival.
7. If the product is received in the appropriate time frame and in the appropriate condition you will be notified of your exchange approval.
