EXCHANGE POLICY

We want your shopping experience at VIBE CLOTHING COMPANY to be your absolute best, ever!  If you need to exchange items in your order, we will do what we can to make it better! 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. However, please understand that Discounts 20% or more are Final Sale. If you are unsure of a size or product that is on sale and it is a final sale, please ask us before you order. We'd be very happy to assist you in making your purchase. We want you to be ecstatic when your package arrives! Just look over at our FIVE STAR reviews and you'll know we are the best!

If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 5 days, so we can get that sorted out for you!

Please see our simple steps and procedures for exchanges below:

  • Merchandise may be exchanged for an Exchange Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.  You may then apply this to your next order! 
  • Exchanges must be receive back at our warehouse no later than 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Items that were received in an exchanged are not eligible for exchange. 
  • Return Shipping for ineligible items are at the customer's expense.
  • All SALE / 20% or more Discounted items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for exchange or return. 
  • Final Sale Items include, but not limited to Combo Deals, Graphic Tees
  • Discounted items less than 20% can be exchanged for the price paid, because discount codes affect the exchange amount for those items.
  • Items previously exchanged are not eligible for exchange.
  • All jewelry, purses, hats and shoes are FINAL and cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Orders with Shoes, hats and Purses do not qualify for Free Shipping
  • No Refunds.
  • All Exchange items must remain un-washed, un-worn, odor free and with the original tags still attached. 
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchanged item(s). We encourage you to get a tracking number for your package, as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your Exchange card code to be processed.
  • We also encourage insurance on your package in case it is misdelivered or stolen in route to us.
  • Items damaged by customer in opening the package are not eligible for exchange.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • An Exchange Card Code notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Please make sure that you have a email address included in your order.
  • Swimwear is ONLY eligible for exchange if it is unwashed and unworn with no visible signs of wear and with original tags and liner still attached. If swimwear does not meet ALL of this criteria, it will not be able to be exchanged.

*Please allow 3-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received at our warehouse.

How Exchanges Work

We have worked really hard to keep the process simple so you will never lose your VIBE!  We’ve listed the process so that you’ll know what to expect.

All you to do is fill out the Exchange form included with your order and include it into the package and the item(s) you are wishing to exchange. Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, we will put your information into the system as quickly as the Exchange Team can!  Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your Exchange card code to be issued via email.  The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (we have tried!)

Exchanges

We have a limited number of each VIBE style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange for exact item.  We’ll issue you an Exchange Card Code as soon as possible!  If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new Exchange card code to buy it or switch for something new! You’ll have 14 days to use your Exchange Code to order your new items. Code must be used within the 14 day period. No exceptions.

We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at customercare@vibeclothingcompany.com

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES:

Vibe Clothing Company Wholesale Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in our line of fabulous, size-inclusive clothing for all women! We look forward to learning more about you and your organization and beginning a mutually successful working relationship with you. We know that you are anxious to start, so let's get started! 

 How to Apply for a Wholesale Account:

Please read the complete terms of agreement below before applying for a new account. 

Required Documentation:

A current Sales Tax ID

Note: Both the business name and address on these documents must be consistent with the business name and address on the Vibe Clothing Company account.

Brick & Mortar businesses must provide a photo image of actual store front(s)Web-Only or Event-Based businesses must also provide a URL address and/or Facebook page

The above information should be emailed to wholesale@vibeclothingcompany.com with the submission of application.

Orders

    A $200.00 minimum Wholesale Opening Order is required.    Reorder Minimum: $100    A Minimum Wholesale Reorder must be placed every 3 months to maintain an active wholesale account.    Minimum order requirements need to be met AFTER applied wholesale discounts and not before.    Failure to meet the minimum reorder requirements will result in account deactivation if the account is not brought back to an active status.

 

Shipping

All U.S. domestic wholesale orders ship via USPS (with options of Retail Ground, Priority, and Express) on average within 5-10 business days of the order placement date. Wholesale partners will be charged the amount of the shipping expense. Exceptions are holidays and major regional market weeks; in which case these events may lead to a slightly longer processing time. To maintain our low pricing structure, open stock and low order requirements, we are unable to offer free shipping on wholesale orders. Vibe Clothing Company cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Should this occur, please file a claim with the specific carrier associated with the order’s tracking number.

Return and Exchange Policy

We can accept returns on Graphic Tee’s only if the item is defective. Notification of the defective item must be sent within 48 hours of receiving, with photos. All items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Unless the items are deemed defective by Vibe Clothing Company, or there was a packing/shipping error on our part, we are unable to offer pre-paid return shipping labels. 

Pricing Policy

Vibe Clothing Company Retailers agree to follow and maintain the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) guidelines.

o   Minimum pricing is to be maintained at or above retail pricing as found on vibeclothingcompany.com (MSRP)

o   Any discount offered by a Retailer, below MSRP should be selective and limited to a short period of time (such as anniversary sale, end of season markdown, etc.) in order to protect the integrity of our brand.

o   Vibe Clothing Company makes every effort to monitor and enforce the Retail Pricing guidelines.

o   We are unable to provide zip code protection to our wholesale partners. For this reason, we suggest our partners follow our MSRP pricing guidelines and pricing on our website.

      Use of Photos

      You are allowed to use the flat lays only of the products purchased as a wholesale partner of Vibe Clothing Company. Any variation on this will be considered a copyright infringement and treated as such.

Photography Policy

Model images shared to our Vibe Clothing Company Wholesale Group Facebook page may be used so long as they are original and unaltered. Model images on our website, but not in our group are not approved for use. All stock product images (clothing not on a model) and flat lay images are also approved for use. You may also use your own model images if desired. 

Miscellaneous

Vibe Clothing Company reserves the right to terminate the wholesale agreement with any of partners effective immediately for the following, including, but not limited to: harassment of staff, improper branding, Vibe Clothing Company Facebook group violations, and non-compliance of the above-mentioned terms. This agreement supersedes any previous written or verbal agreement and was updated on 10/25/22. This agreement is subject to change at any time with notice.

 

Who Will Not Be Approved?

In general, Vibe Clothing Company does not approve the following retail websites:

Auction sites such as eBay, Group Buy-ins, any website claiming to be a “wholesale provider”, websites claiming all merchandise is “hand-made” but carry no other lines, and Multi-level Marketers.

We are unable to approve International Accounts at this time.
