What If an Item Is Out of Stock?

It can be tragic when you find an item you really Vibe with but realize that it's sold out! Never fear, just sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it's back in stock!

Do We Have Gift Cards?

We absolutely have Gift Cards! You can view them by clicking here! 

  • Gift Card code will be sent via email once you complete your purchase. 
  • Our Gift Cards are non-refundable and will expire 5 years from the purchase date.

Can I Pick Up an Item From the Store?

Yes, you can select Store Pickup for either of our locations at a time of your choosing! Some of our deals may be online only, however.

We know every woman has a unique shape, which can make guessing sizes difficult at times. We've prepared by creating our own Sizing Chart!

What are My Payment Options?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo, and all major credit card providers! We also offer layaway through Sezzle!

 

How Do I Use a Gift or Promo Code?

During the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says "Add Coupon" or "Promo Code."

 

What if I Get an Error Message During Checkout?

Don't keep trying to checkout if you've received an error message; your card may get charged again!
