Here at Vibe Clothing Company, we celebrate the fact that women come in all shapes and sizes. We believe that you are perfect just the way you are, and your clothes should reflect that. Our motto at Vibe is Comfort, Conservative, Class. In keeping with that motto, our sizing is a bit different than standard retailers. Because of that, we have created a sizing chart featured on every item to help you determine what size you need.

Tailored Fit:

Our tailored garments fit true to typical retail sizes. They have a slimmer fit and shorter length for our smaller Vibe Tribe ladies. Great for petite Vibe Tribers and ladies that want a fitted silhouette.

Traditional Fit:

Traditional fit offers a little more room to move. It features a flowy, loose fit and a longer length than our tailored garments. That means our sleeves are a little longer, the lengths of our dresses and  tops are a  little longer. An overall roomier silhouette.

Items Eligible for Exchange:

• Items must be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase (ONLINE ONLY)
• IN Store Purchase - 7 Days from day of Purchase.
• In original condition
• Unused/Unworn
• Free of fragrance, smoke or odor

• Online purchase Items that have been in customer's possession for longer than the 14 day window for exchange
• Items that have been in customer's possession for longer than the 7 day window for exchange when purchased in store
• Items not in original condition, worn, used or containing odor or stains
• Items with original tag removed.
• Items purchased on discount/sale/clearance
• Any item that was Exchanged previously

• VIBE CLOTHING COMPANY is not responsible for any damage that occurred while opening the package, including, but not limited to, scissor or knife cuts or pulling off the tag or label on the garment.

FACEBOOK PURCHASES: The following applies ONLY to purchases made through Facebook:  items purchased from the Facebook store are eligible for return under these same terms for 30 days from date of purchase in order to comply with facebook return policies. However you are still responsible for return shipping, shipping is not refundable and the item must otherwise meet the same conditions as posted herein. To qualify the purchase must be a verifiable purchase made from the Facebook store.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges returning item to Vibe CC and shipping charges to receive the replacement item. (Please keep tracking information for your own personal records. Vibe CC is not responsible for lost or delayed items while being returned for exchange).
• Customers are responsible to pay difference in item cost

How do I exchange?

1. Email vibeclothingcom@gmail.com with a detailed description of the reason for the return including the original order number and a list of the item/s you're requesting to exchange.
2. Upon which, you'll receive an email either authorizing or denying your exchange request. 
3. If authorized, repackage all the items you would like to exchange along with a print out of your receipt. Include $5 for return-to-you shipping plus difference (if any) in the exchange item.
